Dorset Pelleting Line: A Turnkey System
Unlock the full potential of your dried chicken manure by producing organic fertilizer pellets. The organic pellets contain a high percentage of organic matter and many essential trace elements such as Fe, Mn, B, Mo Zn, Cu. Dorset Green Machines has developed an integrated pelleting line with all the necessary operations for pelleting and sanitation (70°C) of dried poultry manure on a small scale (400 kg/hr up to 1,900 kg/hr). The system makes a compact and attractive manure pellet, suitable for storage, long-distance transport and export certification procedures.
Dorset Green Machines can deliver an allround installation for pellet production, which includes pellet pressing, sanitation, weighing and packaging. Pelleting of materials is used for producing a marketable and visually attractive organic fertilizer (or another product). The setup has a low investment and operating expense meaning a short return on investment. Sanitation in integrated in the design and is frequently needed for export of the pellets.
